This is a huge update - it adds the world map with towns and NPCs and ambient monsters!

It also updates the gameplay so most cards use MP to play now, and drawing the next hand recharges your mana and goes on its own stamina bar

It's quite challenging to beat the whole game atm but I just verified it can be done :D
